Bio: Natalie is a veteran sports reporter with more than a decade of experience. Most of her time in the business has been spent reporting on big-time college football on the East Coast.
She is the founder and CEO of NP Sports Media — a Miami-based video production company that tells stories and provides exposure for young athletes.
Prior to starting her company, the award-winning journalist lived in the Birmingham, Alabama area and was a senior reporter covering SEC football for the Alabama Media Group – which includes AL.com, The Birmingham News, The Huntsville Times and Mobile’s Press-Register. Her career has also taken her to Tallahassee, Florida where she spent more than three years covering Florida State football, basketball and baseball for the Tallahassee Democrat. Natalie got her start in Cleveland, Mississippi, where she worked as a general assignment reporter and columnist for the Cleveland News Leader.
In addition to her extensive time writing for newspapers, she has a plethora of experience as a video journalist. The Lake Mary, Florida native worked as a general assignment reporter for WXVT in Greenville, Mississippi, she was a member of the video team at USA Today where she worked with the sports team to produce video stories, and she won multiple awards for her video stories during her time at the Democrat.
The former collegiate volleyball player earned her Master of Science in broadcast & digital journalism from Syracuse University and her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Delta State University.
